Slowly flow into the movement
Let your legs not get ahead of the arms
On the tone, get into alignment
With the others, get into sync

Smile Taiji is amazing
Let it lead you to Triorigin
Outward and inward
Expanding, contracting

Slowly, as slowly as possibly, I practiced Smile Taiji today in the brahma-muhurta before dawn. Prof. Park’s music played gently as I twisted, turned, kept balance, checked my alignment. You can do twist Taiji in many ways  as your consciousness flows. And in the dark, the particles begin to dance.
