Today’s connection to Gaia

March 15, 2011

Many minutes in the day, I am aware of the connection to Gaia, how Gaia consciousness suffuses everything and everyone on Mother Earth.

In the Gaia Minute practice today, silently connecting to others around the world who are also practicing this quiet connection, I sensed a message.

Gaia said ~ be not sad, children of mother earth; be not ashamed or guilty, for that does no good.instead, look to the courage of your mother as she re-balances herself; to her infinite capacity to adapt to change; to the inexpressible depth of her loving connection to all her children, sentient and insentient.

Rejoice in that love
be inspired in that love
express that love in every word, deed and thought
This is Gaia. This is Gaia consciousness

Amen, Meenakshi. Thank you for this perspective! Love does not always mean continued life of the body, nor does it always mean comfort and ease.
I believe we must look deeper than that to see Divine Love which expresses as every moment of Being. That is the Love which answers all questions, all concerns, and which holds all anguish in loving embrace.
    Love, OM

OM, what precious thoughts you have shared. This is enlightening “That is the Love which answers all questions, all concerns, and which holds all anguish in loving embrace.”
      Yes!

I wish I could understand what the earth is saying. However, she is 4,566,000,000 years old and I am still under 50. Therefore, she has had more time to learn about the cosmos that I have had. Best of luck to you.
